By accessing or using the Vocapto application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Vocapto is an AI-powered voice analysis application that allows users to: • Record audio conversations or import existing audio/video files from their device • Transcribe audio into text using AI technology (OpenAI Whisper API) • Generate intelligent analysis reports, summaries, and action items using AI (GPT-4) • Synchronize data across devices through secure cloud storage The Service is offered as a Freemium model — free with advertisements, with optional premium subscription features.

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of all audio recordings, transcripts, and other content you create or upload through the App ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. The App, including its design, features, code, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Suayip Emre and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Vocapto offers premium subscription plans that provide additional features and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings • Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You agree not to use the App to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Record conversations without the consent of all parties involved, where required by law • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts • Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the App Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that: • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • AI-generated transcriptions and analyses will be 100% accurate • The App will meet all of your requirements AI-powered features rely on third-party services (e.g., OpenAI) and the accuracy of outputs may vary. You should independently verify any critical information generated by the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suayip Emre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
