Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Sleraby application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. This app is intended for use by parents and guardians — children should not operate the app independently. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Sleraby is an AI-powered bedtime story application that enables parents and guardians to: • Create personalized bedtime stories for their children (aged 2–8) using artificial intelligence • Customize stories based on the child's name, age, and favorite animals or characters • Listen to AI-generated audio narration of stories • Save and revisit previously generated stories The Service is offered as a Freemium model — free with advertisements and daily usage limits, with optional premium subscription features for unlimited story generation and an ad-free experience.

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Supervising your child's interaction with content generated by the App • Reviewing AI-generated stories before allowing your child to listen • Ensuring the accuracy of child profile information you provide We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: All stories and audio narrations in Sleraby are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o mini for text and OpenAI TTS for audio). While we implement content safety filters and guidelines to ensure stories are appropriate for children aged 2–8, please be aware of the following: • AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or contextually inappropriate results. • We do not guarantee that every generated story will be perfectly suitable for every child or every situation. • Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing story content BEFORE allowing their child to listen to or read it. • If you encounter any inappropriate content, please report it to us immediately at contact@emresozen.dev so we can improve our content safety measures. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that AI-generated content carries inherent limitations and that parental oversight is essential.

Sleraby offers premium subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) that provide additional features, including unlimited story generation and an ad-free experience. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). • The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then. • Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

The App, including its design, features, code, branding, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Şuayip Emre Sözen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Regarding AI-generated stories: • Stories generated through the App are created for your personal, non-commercial use. • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from the App without our prior written consent. • We retain no ownership claims over the specific story content generated for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App's software, design, or infrastructure.

You agree not to use the App to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to generate stories with inappropriate, harmful, or offensive themes • Circumvent content safety filters or usage limits • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems, servers, or other users' accounts • Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the App • Share your account credentials with third parties Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that: • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • AI-generated stories will always be perfectly appropriate or error-free • AI-generated audio narration will be flawless in pronunciation or intonation • The App will meet all of your specific requirements AI-powered features rely on third-party services (OpenAI), and the quality and accuracy of outputs may vary. Parents and guardians should always exercise judgment when using AI-generated content with their children.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Şuayip Emre Sözen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. In particular, we shall not be liable for any distress, harm, or inconvenience caused by AI-generated content that is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable by the parent or guardian. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
