Parent/Guardian Account Information: When creating a user account (via Supabase authentication), we collect your full name and email address. This information is necessary to provide secure access to the app's features and to manage your account. Child Profile Information: To personalize bedtime stories, parents/guardians may enter the following information about their child: • Child's first name • Child's age (between 2 and 8) • Child's favorite animal or character This information is used solely to generate personalized stories tailored to the child's preferences. We do not collect any other personally identifiable information from or about children.

Sleraby is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable child privacy regulations. Important points regarding children's privacy: • The app is designed to be operated by parents/guardians, not by children directly. • We do not allow children under 13 to create accounts or independently use the app. • Child profile information (name, age, favorite character) is provided by the parent/guardian and is used exclusively for generating personalized bedtime stories. • We do not collect, use, or disclose children's personal information for any purpose other than story personalization. • Parents/guardians can review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time through the app's settings. • Parents/guardians can request the complete deletion of their child's data by contacting us at contact@emresozen.dev. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We use the collected information for the following purposes: • To create and manage your user account • To generate personalized AI bedtime stories based on your child's profile • To generate AI-powered text-to-speech narration of stories • To manage your subscription and in-app purchases • To provide customer support • To improve and optimize our Service • To display relevant advertisements to free-tier users (via Google AdMob) • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Sleraby uses artificial intelligence to generate bedtime stories and audio narration. Here is how your data is processed in this context: Text Generation: Child profile information (name, age, favorite character) is sent to OpenAI's API (GPT-4o mini) to generate personalized story content. Audio Generation: Generated story text is sent to OpenAI's Text-to-Speech (TTS) API to create audio narration. IMPORTANT: Data sent to OpenAI via API is NOT used by OpenAI to train their artificial intelligence models. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of generating immediate results (stories and audio) and is subject to OpenAI's API data usage policies, which explicitly exclude API data from model training. We do not store raw AI prompts or intermediary processing data beyond what is necessary to deliver the story to you.

Our application uses the services of external third-party providers to offer secure data processing, content generation, advertising, and subscription management. Please review the privacy policies of the third-party providers we use: • Supabase — User authentication, secure database hosting, and file storage. Your account data and generated stories are securely stored using Supabase infrastructure. • OpenAI — AI-powered story text generation (GPT-4o mini) and text-to-speech audio generation (TTS-1). Data sent via the API is not used to train OpenAI's models. • RevenueCat — Management of in-app subscriptions and premium features. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts to validate and manage your subscription status. • Google AdMob — Display of advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and use cookies or similar technologies for ad targeting and performance measurement. For child-directed content, we configure AdMob to serve COPPA-compliant advertisements. Users can limit ad tracking through their device settings. • Apple App Store / Google Play Store — Processing of subscription payments and in-app purchases.

Sleraby displays advertisements to users on the free tier through Google AdMob. These advertisements help support the free version of our Service. • AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure the effectiveness of ads. • For our app, which serves content to children, we configure AdMob to comply with COPPA regulations and serve child-appropriate advertisements. • Premium subscribers do not see advertisements. • Users can manage their ad preferences and opt out of personalized advertising through their device's privacy settings. We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. • All user data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with SSL encryption. • Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth with industry-standard security practices. • Generated stories and audio files are stored in secure cloud storage (Supabase Storage). • Payment information is never stored by our application — all payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sleraby offers premium subscription plans that provide additional features, including unlimited story generation and an ad-free experience. • Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings. • Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's applicable policies. • Subscription status is synchronized through RevenueCat — we never store your payment card information.

Whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error or crash in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is used solely for diagnosing technical issues and improving the app's stability and performance.

We retain the data we collect for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the Service. You have the right to: • Access your personal data and your child's profile information at any time through the app. • Modify or update your account information and child profiles. • Request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. To request data deletion, you may: 1. Use the "Delete Account" option in the app's settings. 2. Send an email to contact@emresozen.dev with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Upon your request, all your data — including account information, child profiles, generated stories, and audio files — will be completely removed from our systems (including Supabase and related backups) within 30 days.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page. For material changes that affect how we handle children's data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify parents/guardians directly through the app or via email.
